Basil

Slegers signature herb with a gorgeous appearance, sweet strong aroma and flavour. Basil is a sensitive herb that will turn black if left in a cold drafty area. Delicious in many Mediterranean dishes.

Chervil

Chervil is an annual herb with a faint licorice or anise taste. Flavour chicken, seafood, soups, omelettes and sauces with Chervil.  Add at the last minute of cooking as Chervil is a very fine, delicate herb.

With an onion-like taste, diced chives add flavour to salads, omelettes, fish, potatoes, sandwiches, and soups. Cut 1 inch above soil and the leaves should regrow.
